1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules regulate the terms of use of the food delivery service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), which operates in the Dominican Republic.
1.2. By using our Service, you agree to the terms outlined in these rules.

2. Services Provided
2.1. The Service offers the ability to order food from restaurants and cafes and have it delivered to the specified address.
2.2. The responsibility for the quality and freshness of the prepared dishes lies with the food establishment fulfilling the order.
2.3. The Service acts as an intermediary between the user and the food establishment and also provides logistics for delivery.

3. Registration and Use Conditions
3.1. To use the Service, the user must register by providing accurate information (name, phone number, delivery address, etc.).
3.2. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and data.
3.3. In the event of a violation of the rules by the user, the Service has the right to limit access to the services.

4. Orders and Delivery
4.1. An order is considered accepted after confirmation by the operator or upon receiving a relevant notification.
4.2. The delivery time is specified during the order process and depends on the load of the establishment and logistics.
4.3. The user must ensure availability at the specified delivery address at the agreed time.
4.4. In case the user is absent at the delivery address, a repeated delivery may be made for an additional fee.

5. Payment
5.1. Payment is made using one of the available methods: cash to the courier, bank transfer (card), or via payment services integrated with the website.
5.2. If the order is canceled before processing, the user is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.

6. Return Policy
6.1. In case of defects in the delivered dishes, the user has the right to contact customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
6.2. A decision regarding a refund or replacement of the dish will be made after considering the circumstances of the situation.

7. Liability
7.1. The Service is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, weather conditions, technical issues, etc.).
7.2. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the order (address, contact phone number) lies with the user.

8. Privacy
8.1. The personal data of users is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Dominican Republic on personal data protection.
8.2. The Service does not disclose personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

9. User Support
9.1. The user can contact customer support using the contact details provided on the website if they have any questions or issues.
9.2. In the case of a dispute, the user is required to contact the Service’s support, providing all necessary information (order number, situation details, etc.).
9.3. The Service reserves the right to review and clarify the circumstances within 3 working days from the receipt of the inquiry.
9.4. After the review, the user will be informed of the decision and, if necessary, offered a resolution (compensation, replacement, etc.).

10. Final Provisions
10.1. Using the Service implies the user's consent to all provisions of these rules.
10.2. In case of disputes, they are resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the legislation of the Dominican Republic.
